We Travel to your Home
Why do we travel to your home?Our goal is to keep you comfortable. So we recommend that you stay in your home if possible. Common sense and studies tell us that your home is the best place for you. Being in a facility will not bring the same level of comfort
How do we keep you comfortable?Our doctors and nurses are specialists in pain management. They will also work with your primary care physician so they understand your history and needs. Then our pharmacy will deliver your medications to your home.
We also provide medical equipment. These items can include an adjustable electric bed, wheel chair, an oxygen concentrator or any type of equipment to help in your comfort.
If you have spiritual needs our chaplain is available for prayer and religious conversation.
Many times there are worries about family members and what will happen to them. Our medical social worker can work with you and your family and put together a plan for their future.
Once in a while your primary caregiver needs a break. We are here for that too.
